What this does: Stores each driver's home city so the system can cross-check tablet start times against their first trip location.
Latitude & longitude are optional — if provided they enable precise distance-based checks. Without them the city name is matched against the trip pickup text.
Run Fetch Trips in Trip Texts to trigger validation after loading a template.
